At Magic the Gathering Sealed, we offer a 14-day return window for factory-sealed products to ensure the integrity and value of your collection. Please note that once the manufacturer's shrink wrap or security seal is broken, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Verify Seal Integrity
Ensure your product is still in its original, unopened factory packaging with all security seals intact before initiating a request.
Submit Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage to the corners or foil wrap during transit.
Ship and Track
Mail your package using a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number to our team for processing and refund issuance.
