Are all your products factory sealed?
Yes, every product we sell is 100% authentic and factory sealed by Wizards of the Coast. We do not sell loose packs or tampered boxes.
How do you ensure cards aren't damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and structural padding for every order to ensure your sealed product arrives in mint condition, free from corner dings or crushed edges.
What is your return policy on sealed products?
Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market, we only accept returns on items that are still in their original, untampered shrink-wrap within 14 days of delivery. Once the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming sets?
Absolutely. Pre-orders typically open 3-4 weeks before a set's official release date. All pre-orders are shipped to arrive as close to the release day as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the weight of the order.
